If you offer goods or services on the internet as a business entity, you are subject to special legal regulations (e.g. Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, effective from June 13, 2014). EU consumer protection laws are always applicable when a business seller sells to consumers residing in the EU, regardless from where he is operating his business. This directive provides greater protection for consumers shopping online throughout the EU, regulates consumer rights and obligations of sellers who sell goods or provide services on the basis of the so-called distance selling [Europa.eu] (selling over the internet or without the physical presence of both parties...). As a company, you have the possibility in this section to provide information about your company, which will be published automatically in every your classified ad. So you can post multiple classifieds without having to enter this information again. This informations are not a standalone classified ad!
